In case you have not completed the process of activating your new login credentials, it is requested to please send a formal request for the same to the following address:

Users should NOT CREATE ANY NEW FOLDERS on the new site www.mail.gov.in until the old data is migrated as it might create problem while migrating old data in your old email account.

Users will not get their old emails immediately in their new email account until the complete data migration is finished.

Users can access their old emails only for reference on www.mail1.kerala.gov.in using their old login credentials, till the migration process is complete.
